Experience of Upad
I came across Upad after wasting money on a local ad in a newspaper, resulting in a number of time wasters. I was looking for a way to advertise property to rent on the main UK lettings portals, such as Rightmove and Zoopla. I discovered that this could be done via Upad and the advertising price was less than that of the local newspapers. The website was easy to use with clear instructions and I was able to advertise my property immediately, uploading the photos and property description with ease. I had a huge response and actually let the property (subject to references and credit check) within an hour! Since that time, I have received regular updates from Upad and accessed the free webinars for landlords, which have provided invaluable insight. I have not used the full property management side of the company as I manage my properties myself.
I included my experience with Upad in my new book as there are many landlords who would need a similar service to the one I used in order to let their properties.
