Professional couples aren’t too concerned with the exterior of the building, but they’ll want to see all the space available so be sure to include photos of every room at different angles. If possible, add a few furnishings to the property- even if you’re not offering a fully furnished let- such as candles, cushions or wine glasses as this helps young couples envisage living in the space. Be sure to highlight local transport links so they can see their route to work, and it would be helpful to list local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
